Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling & Payment Policy

Please find attached the updated version (the “New TOBA”) which replaces the previous TOBA.

Generally, the material changes we make to our TOBA, can apply for any of the following reasons:

• providing more clarity around the basis of our relationship with you;
• add to the information about our organisation that we provide to you; or|
• improve how we conduct business.

Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling & Payment Policy

At Vera Rae Image Consultancy, each styling session is a luxurious, 90-minute experience requiring significant preparation and focus. I typically see only one to three clients per day, and appointment slots book up well in advance. For this reason, the following terms apply to all bookings:

Deposits & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• The remaining 50% is payable at the end of your appointment, via card or Apple Pay only.
• Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Modifications (72 Hours or More)

• You must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or modify your appointment.
• If you cancel with at least 72 hours’ notice, I will manually issue your refund of the 50% deposit.
• If you wish to rearrange your appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice, please contact me directly. I will help you find another suitable date and time, and your existing deposit will transfer to your new appointment.

Late Cancellations & Rescheduling (Less Than 72 Hours)

• If you cancel or request to move your appointment within 72 hours of your session, your 50% deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
• If you wish to rearrange within the 72-hour window, a new 50% deposit will be required to secure the new appointment date.

Cancellations With Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

• If you cancel or request to move your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the full session cost.
• This fee is separate from your forfeited deposit, if applicable.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

• No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind about attending your appointment.

No-Shows & Late Arrival

• If you do not attend your appointment or arrive more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
• If you arrive late (within 30 minutes), your session may be shortened but the full session price still applies.

Vera Rae Image Consultancy Cancellations

• In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose to either:
• Transfer your deposit to a new appointment, or
• Receive a full refund of your deposit.
