With a Bespoke Lookbook, your wardrobe becomes cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably yours, so every outfit feels curated, stylish, and effortlessly confident.
In order to select items on your behalf, i prefer to have already worked with you on your colour and/or personal style. This information allows me to find you clothes, shoes and accessories which honour your body, your life, and your individuality.
This information will be captured in the Style Questionnaire I will send to you upon booking this service. I will also have my notes from our previous session/s together to refer back to.
All recommended items will be available for purchase in the UK and selected from stores that align with your budget as specified in your completed Style Questionnaire. Please note that all items are in stock at the time your Lookbook is sent, and I cannot be held responsible if any items go out of stock after that time.
Please submit your Style Questionnaire and other details within seven days of purchase – please note turnaround time is five working days from receiving the completed questionnaire. A reminder will be sent on day seven. If no information is received within 10 days, the order will be cancelled.
Each Vera Rae Bespoke Lookbook is carefully prepared with your personalised information. A full refund may be requested within 72 hours of purchase, provided your Style Questionnaire has not yet been submitted. After this period, or if your questionnaire has already been submitted, refunds cannot be issued.
